We were visiting family in Braidwood, so just used the house to sleep at night. Linen etc was all very clean, great beds, all the little extras in the bathrooms etc. But, if you wanted to stay a while and fully live in this house, it had everything there and then some, fully equiped, large, clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to stay again. It's a very quiet and peaceful location, in the middle of farm area, but just 10 to 15mins drive into Braidwood. Great internet to, if you need to be working. Everything was as described and Jeneane is a great host.

Nice house with good historical accents. Perfect place if you prefer private, peaceful space. Great, responsive host. Follow Jeneane's instructions, not G-maps as it will lead somewhere else.

Jeneane, thank you for sharing some of your family history with us. The house was beautiful but knowing the history of the house, school house and the greater area made the trip super special. Appreciate the effort put in.

Great place and a great stay , we were a little worried about the wifi but it was great and easily allowed 3-4 people to work simutaneously .
