We had a great stay in London! Thiago’s place was an easy walk to the tube and grocery stores. Spacious bedrooms with lots of space for clothes storage while we were there so we could feel right at home. Kitchen was stocked with all the things we would need for our week’s stay!

Thiago always replied very quickly and nicely, however on checkin, we arrived while the cleaners were not done yet and had to wait 45 minutes. Thiago was there and offered for us to wait inside, but a heads up about the delay would have been nice that could have avoided our wait in front of the flat. The location is amazing, just a couple minutes from the tube station. We were not very happy with the cleanliness of the flat. Overall it looked clean, but once you took a closer look, e.g. open a kitchen drawer, it was quite dirty. The main issue in terms of cleanliness we had with the washing machine. It was very dirty inside and the clothes were a bit smelly after the wash. For a group of 6 people, it was also an issue that there weren't enough chairs in the flat to sit together at the table. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend the flat for others, at least for a short stay when the drawers and washer are not needed.
