房屋设施有点老旧，隔音效果很差，马桶冲水声音吵的人无法睡觉，最让人难以忍受的是不能穿鞋进屋，在屋里行走必须光脚。

The house was filthy. Pubic hairs on both toilet floors. Hair in bathtub. Hair in bathroom mirrors. Dust EVERYWHERE. skirting boards full of dust, cornices full of dust and cobwebs. Dead cockroaches in lounge room. Towels were stained. Both shower cubicles were tiny. No shelf in shower to put toiletries on. Dirty cleaning cloths left in laundry. Old and dirty cleaning cloths left under sink. Blinds were filthy. Walls dirty. Outdoors unusable. Cobwebs, weeds, dust. Bathroom screen grimy. Windows not washed. Bbq unusable. Coveted in dust and cobwebs. I side cupboards beyond filthy. Hair under bedcovers. Mould in showers. Bathroom fans full of dust. Same with air conditioning vents.
