The house is ideally located with its own walking path to the beach. Town is a quick 1/2 mile walk. The house was clean and as photographed. I would recommend.

Andrew’s place is just as described with excellent access walking distance to the beach and main entertainment area. We’ll definitely be staying again in the future.

As advertised. Easy and direct beach access to relatively uncrowded beach. Short walk to town and plentiful dining options.

Location! Location! Location! What a GORGEOUS location! We loved walking out to the beach with our morning coffee, and watching the sunsets with a glass of wine from our own deck. We walked into Siesta Key village for a great meal at the Island House Tap & Grill, prepared our New Year’s Day feast on the grill right on the back patio. The Beach House is exactly as described. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. There was Good WiFi connection for doing a bit of work, and enough wide-screen TVs throughout the house to not miss a minute of the Rose Bowl game. We were very pleased with the number of seating options; places to lounge, places to eat together, places to play games together, etc. We also greatly appreciated that the light switches are well marked. This was a great place for our family to enjoy time together. Thank you Andrew for sharing your home with us.
