Single level 2 bedroom unit is a beautiful complex with pools and security, great location. I have stayed in two different apartments in this complex. Apartment was clean, has more of a hotel room feel than a home. Beds are comfortable and clean, has washer and dryer. A couple of things I would have liked, a security box, more time cleaning the bathrooms and some maintenance on the unit.

The location was excellent, and the apartment was well-equipped. The host was helpful throughout our stay. However, it’s worth mentioning a minor issue with mold, although it didn’t seem to cause any significant problems

Wonderful location and beautiful apartment. Spacious rooms, clean and with all the necessary amenities. Easy walk to local restaurants, city wall and great shops. City is a marvelous little ancient wonder of endless things to explore and do. You wont be disappointed. Ask the locals for restaurants suggestions for great low key cultural food. Close to high end restaurants and shops as well.

Perfect location — close to a lot of activities, but far enough away to be quiet. We loved the spaciousness of this apartment for our group of 4 (two per bedroom). The pool and rooftop provided ample space to enjoy the outdoors, cool down, and relax. The security guards were friendly and helpful. We will definitely return, and will give this location as a recommendation to our friends and family who visit Cartagena.

My wife and I have been traveling to Cartagena on a regular basis since 1997. The past few years we have stayed in bocagrande, but decided to stay in the old town this time since our stay would be short. The apartment location is ideal. It is walkable to almost everything and not in a crowded area. I would note that it seemed to be more helpful for cab drivers to know the name of the building vs. the address. The complex is very well maintained with nice landscaping and 24 hour security. The 2 pools were never crowded and we had no issue with noise. The apartment was simple and clean. The cooking supplies are very basic but you can cook a breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. It should be noted that the apartment is on the first floor by the elevator in the middle of the complex so there isn’t much privacy if you open the window shades. If I plan on staying in the old town in the future, I would definitely consider staying in this apartment complex again.
