Staying here for the eclipse was a wonderful adventure! The beds were comfortable, as well as the furniture and various sitting areas. The outdoor spaces were spectacular, from laying on the hill for eclipse viewing, stars galore, wicked lightning show, rocking on the front porch listening to birds, and relaxing in the pool. The semi-separate bedroom suite was a bonus. The kitchen was very clean and had all that we needed. So glad there was filtered water in the sink for drinking as the water did smell of sulfur, but I assume this is a feature of the region. Plenty of ice and fridge space. Connectivity was spotty. Even the tv froze up at times. Also would have been helpful to have directions in case of severe weather (We are all from New England and that was one awesome storm). I know it was pricier because of the eclipse, but this place would be a great value at the regular pricing. Yes, I would recommend this property to anyone!

Great experience! Very Peaceful! Beautiful Home! Used for a large family gathering, it served us well. All family members were very happy with the experience. Easily resolved. GPS directions fall a bit short as they stopped at gate 6 rather than 9. Weather did not allow family to experience the pools water, however we did gather around it and enjoyed some stories. Completely connected Mother-In-Law home served very well as we had infant twins who were located in this area for sleeping and naps away from family noise. Formerly being from the Hill County, it was nice to re-visit, re-charge and relax.

Great house for a large group. Lots of beds and baths for our group. Pool is amazing. We enjoyed the lounge area in the backyard with the tv.

Our family had such a wonderful time! The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was beautifully set up on a hill and so peaceful! They had a gorgeous pool, swings and plenty of space for our littles to explore. The front porch was just dreamy for sitting and enjoying the breeze! Highly recommend!
