This place would be awesome for a long weekend, but for a 3 month stay not too great. Its right on the corner and not to the fault of Josh, there are a good amount of loud vehicles that like to cruise up and down the street. You share this property with another full-time rental property that you share the trash receptacles with. These neighbors come over in the middle of the night and over flow the receptacles and the never take them to the street on trash day! They also have there packages delivered to your front porch so every now and then you see this random guys face in the window of the front door. There is limited cleaning supplies and the ice maker in the fridge does not work. I never used the second bedroom but the master is in desperate need of a new mattress and comforter. Other than that Josh seemed nice enough and communicated well in the beginning. I didn't really have a need for communication during the stay.

What a great place! My family’s stay was a month long while we shopped for a home in the area. House was very clean with comfortable furniture, specifically the beds! Kitchen was so well appointed that we were able to make all our favorite meals, even baked brownies from scratch on my daughter’s birthday! Location was close to lots of amenities while still being in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Josh was very responsive when I had questions and took great care of us. Will absolutely recommend this place when we have family visiting the area. Thanks, Josh!

The house itself was perfectly adequate. It was conveniently located and spacious. The host had no clear check in or check out instructions, was incredibly slow to respond, and was verbally aggressive towards me after check out when the house wasn’t perfectly clean (after a 5 week stay, with minimal cleaning supplies provided, and ZERO check out instructions). The place was also not very clean when we checked in, but I didn’t think much of it until the host went off on me after I checked out. He clearly does not enjoy using his cleaning fee to pay cleaners. Overall, the experience was okay. The only reason I’m not upset about the price is because my work paid for the place. I would recommend this host to anyone. Stay at your own risk.

Dirty bedding, I had to bring to laundry mat and run it 3 times to get rid of pet hair/smell. Disgusting. Response from host was inconsiderate and untimely. Took two days to get wifi password from host.
