Éric est une personne très réactif et surtout accueillant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son logement qui correspond a 100% du descriptif ainsi que la piscine qui est à proximité avec les activités, la plage qui se trouve 10 minutes en voiture et le centre ville à environ 20 min. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacance et nous recommandons le logement les yeux fermés.

La casa de Eric y su familia es amplia, cómoda y bonita. Se distribuye en tres pisos, por lo que subir escaleras siempre va a ser necesario, a tenerlo en cuenta en caso de que alguno tenga movilidad reducida. La planta baja dispone de una habitación con su propio baño y un espacio de ocio con máquinas de deporte, pinpon y futbolin. En la planta principal esta la cocina, el salón comedor, otra habitación y otro baño completo. Y por último la planta superior cuenta con 3 habitaciones más. Las estancias más calurosas disponen de aire acondicionado, y hay algunos ventiladores. Eric nos dejó el acceso al club Alfinach, al que se accede andando en unos 5-7 minutos, y que dispone de piscina y lugar para otros deportes. Hay varios gatos que rondan los jardines y piden comida y mimos. El pueblo más cercano esta a unos 10 min en coche, y la playa a poco más de 15. La ciudad se encuentra a una media hora. La comunicación con Eric fue inmejorable. A pesar de que es su casa habitual, la familia la deja lo suficientemente vacía como para que no sientas que estas invadiendo la privacidad de otro, pero a la vez dispones de todas las comodidades. Muy buen equilibrio. En conclusión, es una casa amplia y cómoda para grandes familias o grupos de amigos. Ofrece vistas despejadas y vegetación estando cerca de todo. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días de desconexión. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. ------------ Eric and his family's house is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. It is distributed over three floors, so climbing stairs will always be necessary, (take it into account in case someone has reduced mobility). The ground floor has a room with its own bathroom and a leisure area with sports machines, table tennis and table football. On the main floor there is the kitchen, the dining room, another room and another complete bathroom. And finally the upper floor has 3 more rooms. The warmer rooms have air conditioning, and there are some fans. Eric gave us access to the Alfinach club, which is reached on foot in about 5-7 minutes, and which has a swimming pool and a place for other sports. There are several cats that roam the gardens and ask for food and cuddles. The nearest town is about 10 minutes away by car, and the beach is just over 15 minutes away. The city is about half an hour away. Communication with Eric was excellent. Although it is his usual house, the family leaves it empty enough so that you do not feel that you are invading the privacy of another, but at the same time you have all the comforts. Very good balance. In conclusion, it is a spacious and comfortable house for large families or groups of friends. It offers unobstructed views and vegetation while being close to everything. Highly recommended to spend a few days of disconnection. We would repeat without hesitation.

Es ist ein schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend ca. eine halbe Stunde von der Stadt Valencia entfernt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 min. mit dem Auto. Der Pool ist zu Fuß in ca. 5 min. erreichbar. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen.
