Derek’s house was the perfect stay for a large group of friends attending a wedding nearby! He was super responsive and kind- and even got us an air mattress! Would definitely stay here again.

Derek was a fantastic host! He answered any questions I had, and he went above and beyond for us. We stayed at the house with our daughter, her husband, their baby and our dog. Derek made sure we had a pack-n-play for the baby so we didn’t have to bring one. The house was located very close to our son who lives on John’s Island, so it was perfect. We all felt right at home - so much room to enjoy time with each other and we all loved the fenced, private yard. Thank you, Derek, for a wonderful family trip!

Booked Derek’s place for a friend’s wedding. It was a great place for us to relax and spend time together. The location was very quiet and the house is very nice. Would absolutely recommend!

This is a great place to stay! Perfect for several people. It matched the description perfectly. Great backyard for our pups. Perfect location. Convenient to the beach and to downtown Charleston. We definitely recommend staying here! Derek’s place made our visit perfect! We will be staying again!
