Welcome to The Landing Pad! This cozy basement apartment is perfect for a couple or individual visiting the area or in transition and in need of a temporary landing pad. My older neighborhood is delightfully walkable. And within 5 minutes away there are restaurants, a grocery store, and a beautiful country Greenway. This private studio includes full access to the entire basement of my house through a private entrance in the garage. The space includes a full kitchen, a small living/dining area, bedroom area, and a spacious bathroom with walk-in closet. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking and eating and also includes coffee, herbal teas, oatmeal, and some basic condiments in the fridge. The bed is a queen size bed with a plush gel memory foam mattress and 100% cotton sheets. The TV is a smart fire TV so there are lots of viewing options there. The bathroom is spacious but the shower is on the small side with a step to get up to it. IF YOU ARE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE SHOWER STEP OR ARE OVER 6FT TALL YOU MAY NOT WANT TO USE THE SHOWER, just saying.
