Beautiful, large & well maintained corner lot right on Elm St in Three Oaks. Located right across from Journeyman’s Distillery/Staymaker & steps from other restaurants and shops downtown. Completely fenced in back “play yard” complete with putting green, fire pit, bag toss, PLINKO!, outdoor bar & dining area, playhouse & so much more! You will instantly feel calm & welcomed upon walking into this home. It has been thoughtfully updated waiting for you to come and enjoy every aspect. This is a two level home with 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Bedroom layouts consist of the following: Bedroom 1: lower level with full size bed Bedroom 2: upper level with queen size bed Bedroom 3: upper level with king size bed and twin bunk beds All bedrooms have fresh linens, extra blankets and 2 pillows/person. Two full bathrooms upstairs. One bathroom has a walk in shower, the other a tub/shower combination. The half bathroom is downstairs off the kitchen. Bathrooms have towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo/conditioner. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, cooking oil, aluminum foil, pots & pans, knives & cooking utensils. Keurig & drip combination coffee pot. (Keurig pods provided). We also keep plastic cups and kids dining ware on hand for the kiddos in your fam! Family travel made much easier as we provide a pack and play, high chair, baby monitor, kids toys and books, and plenty of games for the family. For the safety of your children, there are outlet covers already in place throughout the home.
