The view was priceless but the bedding was poor.

Sadly I can’t be positive about the apartment. The block is old and poorly maintained, water leaks from the waste across the parking space. There is a large amount of rotting garden waste at the rear of the parking space. Beds were not comfortable. Finally there was no fire extinguisher or fire blanket in the kitchen. The latter is a state government requirement.

Sanjay's place is well located at Casey's Beach at Batehaven. The beach (and the Pacific Ocean) is on the other side of Beach Road. While being relatively quiet and scenic, it isn't far from Bateman's Bay. The unit was clean when we arrived and the lockbox for the key to the unit was easy to use. One needs to be careful, however, if trying to park a medium or large car in the car-parking space provided.

Great apartment, beach it is opposite is not that nice, but there are some nicer ones nearby.
