Easy check-in and Patricia is responsive with clear instructions. It's more convenient to use a car to get to Acqua tho cuz Grab can be pricey but nonetheless the place is great with a roof deck with scenic views.

Patricia’s place was very refreshing. Spectacular front row views of the Makati lights, and the downtown skyline. The room itself is stocked with everything you could need unlike many places which skimp on extras. It felt very much like a home. It’s also quite spacious too. The Power Plant mall is also walking distance which was nice for quick shopping runs. Would stay there again easily.

We had an amazing stay! Unit is perfect with Free pool access, free gym and movie room. Unit is clean, air-conditioned, hot shower, fully equipped with things for cooking and great view of the balcony too. Too bad Rockwell didn’t lit up during our stay, it would’ve been the best view! There’s also a Lawson store at the Pebble and Power plant mall is just a walking distance away if you want to go grocery shopping. Miss Pat is really accommodating and provided us with proper instructions. Overall our stay was a good one. Thank you so much, Ms Pat! We’ll book again for sure.

Location: This place is ideal for stays especially for someone looking for accessibility throughout the metro. It is also a walking distance to Rockwell Power Plant Mall for your shopping and malling needs. Your space: The place is homey and has everything you need. Basic necessities are also in order and are a thoughtful touch. It’s averagely spacious and allow room for family bonding. The floor is perfectly situated facing the magnificent lights of Rockwell buildings, the river, the Acqua pool and gardens, and the bridge which allows you to enjoy time at the balcony in the mornings and afternoons. The array of perspectives are visually thought-provoking. The building amenities: As advertised, gym, pool, library, movie room, viewing decks, court, as well as clubhouse establishments are nice and easy access even for airBnB clients. The guards are respectful and helpful anytime of the day, and are also strict which shows despite visitors, guests, and tenants everyone is secured.
