To your right, a sunlit living room beckons, boasting panoramic views, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV for entertainment. Adjacent lies the dining space, equipped with an 8-seater table, leading into a well-appointed kitchen that seamlessly extends to the outdoor patio. Here, savor alfresco dining on our round table, unwind in the lounge seating for six, or whip up a BBQ feast. On the left of the foyer, a hallway unfolds, revealing a convenient half-bath, followed by a versatile family room: think relaxation on the convertible sofa-bed or focused work at the desk. Delve downstairs to discover the serene bedroom sanctuary. The first room features a plush queen bed, complemented by a well-fitted full bathroom. Progress further to the luxurious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms grant direct access to the lower deck, where a hot tub awaits for ultimate relaxation. Rounding off this level is a handy laundry room, ensuring all your needs are met during your stay.

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Roei’s beautiful home. The space itself is incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and super comfortable. My husband and I truly felt like we were visiting a friend’s home and were immediately embraced by the warm decor and gorgeous views from each window. We enjoyed cooking in the perfectly appointed kitchen and relaxing in all the really thoughtful spaces created within the home. The hot tub was also fantastic as was the electric guitar on site!! Communication with both Roei and Stacy was outstanding and friendly! I’d recommend this space to anyone interested in a tranquil getaway!
There aren't enough words to describe how beautiful this home is. The house is flooded with light from the many windows that direct the eye straight to backyard where two massive pine trees almost too-perfectly frame the Catskill Mountains in the distance. The hot tub overlooks the same sight so you can take in the view while decompressing with the jets. This view is only amplified by the smell of wood burning in the fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a Kitchen Aid mixer and a wine fridge. Overall, this place is perfect - exactly the escape we needed from the city! Thank you for an exceptional stay.
We had an awesome weekend at Roei’s place. We found a nice personal welcome card on the table when we arrived and there was a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge waiting for us. The house was super clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The views are awesome and lots of sunlight comes in to the living room and kitchen. Great place for two couples to spend the weekend.
The communication was excellent, and they were super friendly throughout my stay. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and had a relaxing vibe. They had everything we needed,which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying with them if you're looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience. 😊🏡"
