It’s a great location. We loved walking in the park and taking grandson to the nearby playground. The historic neighborhood is lovely to stroll through. The space is as described. Very clean with everything we needed. The floors seem a little squeaky, but the people staying below were having a large gathering so I don’t think they were bothered by us walking around. Make sure you notice that this is a split property - I missed that detail (it’s easy to overlook).

Mike proved himself to be an outstanding host during our stay. The standout feature of this Airbnb is undoubtedly its location. Nestled in a picturesque area, it's a stone's throw away from local attractions. Additionally, the complimentary coffee on offer was a delightful surprise that became a morning highlight for us. The cleanliness of the home and the freshness of the linens further contributed to a comfortable stay. However, it's worth noting a few aspects for future guests. Located near a busy road, the property does experience some traffic noise, though provided fans to help mitigate this during the night. As an older house, it has its quirks, including creaky floors and audible sounds from neighbors. Also, a word of caution: the hot water is extremely hot. Despite these minor inconveniences, this Airbnb shines for its unbeatable location, ease of parking, clean & comfortable accommodations. It's a fantastic place to stay.

Enjoyed the space, easy parking off a main road and great access to the plaza and park we love. Only worry I had was disturbing the people below in the lower unit but not sure that was even a real thing. Great older house with amazing little features you don’t see often any more. We loved everything about this place!

House was conveniently located across from beautiful Loose Park and a nice walk to Country Club plaza, Whole Foods, local coffee shops and restaurants. We ate at Spin pizza and BLU Hwy- both yummy! Walked to Messenger coffee or Crow Coffee each day. We tend to cook several meals at home when we travel with the family, as it helps with the budget. The kitchen was lacking some basic essentials - good knives, wine opener, can opener- but when we inquired if they had they brought them to us within minutes. I definitely think upgrading the knives would be a great idea, otherwise, we were able to get by with the basics. This is a shared two story meaning there is a shared entrance that goes to a first floor residence and then a second floor residence. We stayed on the second floor. Overall a good stay… would definitely stay again.
