I felt immediately at home and loved the cottage, especially the wood burning stove. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. The fresh milk, ground coffee and wlesh cakes were much appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at the Owls Watch, beautiful surroundings, and a fantastic view of the mountains from the patio. Some lovely touches - Christmas decorations (I stayed over the festive period), welsh cakes, and locally produced milk. I settled straight in with my dog, and we both really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place. Very clean, comfy, stylish, warm, well-equipped and lots of attention to detail. I loved that there were Christmas decorations (I was there 27-31 December). And a pint of milk and some cake left for me. Hosts very friendly. Beautiful views. And a lovely garden with benches and wooden cabins where you can sit and be protected from the weather – also with lovely views.

Stayed for 3 nights over Christmas with our 2 small dogs.The cottage is modern and well equipped lovely and warm the log burner was a bonus. Only a 30 min walk to Ruthin village . They thought about all the little extras like Welsh cakes and tea coffee milk etc. Everything was done to an excellent standard would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was pristine and comfortable. They had thought of everything. The surroundings were lovely and very dog friendly. We particularly liked the meadow were we could sit with the dog in the evenings. Thoroughly recommend and we happily visit again.
