Words can’t describe how BEAUTIFUL this home was ! Looks even better than the pictures , waking up to the ocean waves will definitely be something i miss ! The black sand beach is unlike any other & home is very close to the surf city amusement park. The family taking care of the home were very welcoming. My entire family loved the mango tree that’s on site too ! Would love to be back soon !!

The house and pool were beautiful! Beach access was also great. Beto was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The owner was also very responsive. The only issues we had with the home was there was only hot water in the master suite bathroom and no where else in the house (including the kitchens). The kitchen in the master suite did not have a stove so all cooking had to be done in the downstairs kitchen which did not have any AC or fans (it had two large windows that could be open). Just a heads up to future guests (because I did not realize myself) there is not an indoor living space/common area that could accommodate a large group - we had 9 adults and a baby so we had to hang out in the outdoor common area in order to all be together.
