The place had plenty of room and was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is very comfortable and feels like you are staying at grandma's overnight. Overall I would recommend with the two precautions below. The hot water in the bathroom could scald you. It was hot enough that it was hard to stay in the shower and my husband came out red. Adjusting the temperature did not help. Also it was stated on the listing but it is scary to me that a rental does not have a smoke detector installed. We brought our own.
