Other than the few items we talked over with James and Joe the place was cute and convenient. We would have liked the dock to be useable but Joe assured us that they are replacing it this year. We loved the fenced in yard and so did our dog Kayla

Very quiet and peaceful. Booked this cottage to attend a weekend wedding and it worked out great. Very small bathroom but clean and manageable. Enjoyed our stay.

Went to a wedding and this place was super cute and convenient ! If I’m ever in the area again I would stay here. It had anything I needed and James was very nice and responsive

Very communicative and accommodating! The property was quiet, and the view on the lake was great. Will absolutely look to stay here next time I'm in town.

Comfy studio with Lake view. James has everything there! Even a cool bike! Huge comfy bed with loads of King sized pillows. Bottled water in fridge was enjoyed, especially by the pup! Lots of comfy furniture and throw pillows. Nice linens. Plenty of towels, washcloths. Shampoo. Conditioner. Liquid Body wash. Awesome fenced in area for dogs. The one window A/C unit and floor fan was enough to keep cool. Enjoyed flatscreen with Roku, Netflix, etc. Plenty of shady parking. Caution. James left yummy ice cream sandwiches in the freezer! James was a great host. He put up with someone canceling due to my insomniac husband, who shouldn't have worked on his car at 2am. So sorry.
