If your idea of a good holiday is not only resting all day on a deckchair alongside a swimming pool, but you are also curious, open-minded and maybe slightly adventurous, this is probably going to be your best holiday ever: in the center of this traditional, friendly Caribbean village, thePinkHouse .free.fr is within walking distance of three beaches, treks (Gros Piton...), and very close to some of the St Lucia's best restaurants; but a rum-punch at sunset in the garden is also an option!

la maison est très bien. Pratique, très propre, bien équipée. Le paysage est beau. A noter: on ne peut pas accéder à la mer au fond du jardin, mais il y a une petite plage à proximité. La musique des voisins nous a dérangés, en particulier le we : il est vrai que nous recherchons le calme. C'est malgré cela, un bon séjour.

The pink villa is a great place to stay if you want to experience authentic St Lucia. Friendly people and beautiful tropical forests close by. A car is essential to get there and around. The hike on Gros Piton is beautiful, but tough! The local bakery has nice bread, but be there early, the close around 0700 AM. We loved the stay and if we come back to St Lucia we will definitely aim for the pink villa again. If you like peace, quiet and nature, avoid the North! The cold complimentary Piton beers where very nice after a long travel.

There are three beaches you can easily walk to from the house (5-15min) that is situated on the seaside. Several restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. For shopping, if you haven't got your own vehicle, a bus which comes to your doorstep can get you to Choiseul village. Free parking on the property.
