The apartment is bright and has a beautiful small park with a lake and an outdoor gym in the backyard, just a few steps away from the apartment. The apartment is located on the 2rd floor. It is very bright with great views into the parc with a lake and an outdoor gym including Tennis, Soccer, Baseball, Skatepark and Hockey. There are two ACs, one is in the living area and one is in Bedroom No. 1. There is an additional fan in Bedroom No. 2. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: coffee machine, waffle iron, microwave, fridge-freezer.... There are 2 parking spots that belong to the apartment. I also provide Towels and bed linen, as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel (while stocks last ;))
