We enjoyed our stay. We were in town with family over the holidays and the space was great for our group. The host was very responsive and friendly. The house has some quirks, and a bit of wear, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying the stay. A couple of items that may be helpful to others choosing to stay at this home — mattress firmness is such a personal preference, and the mattresses were clean and rather new, however I would call them “very firm”. Also, the house had almost everything you’d need for cooking, including crockpot, blender, toaster oven and more. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very responsive host, needs to be better stocked with basics like drinking glasses, broom, towels. Having 8 bedrooms likely to be rented by larger group like ours and there was not enough towels.

The place was good sized for our group. All of us had our own room. Great instructions for getting in and had pretty much everything we needed.

The only constructive feedback is updated mattresses. The mattresses were too firm.

This beautiful home is situated in a nice, quiet, well kept neighborhood. It's in the heart of KCK, so plenty of restaurants and activities of every kind available within minutes. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and clean. And our host was very gracious and communicative. No problems. My friends and I had a wonderful visit. Highly recommend. Thanks Petra!
