A stunning property located off the beaten path in a beautifully quiet valley, Katia's villa was everything we were looking for. Pure peace and quiet amongst the olive and orange trees and surrounded by beautiful nature. With no light pollution present, on cloudless evenings there are awesome views of the stars at night. The pool was wonderful and the villa was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. The off-grid solar power supply worked fantastically, even on cloudy days and we had no issues whatsoever during our stay. Communication with Katia was great who was always quick to respond and she provided us with some really helpful local tips. Check-in was also super easy. Due to the remoteness you should definitely have your own vehicle as this will also let you explore everything this wonderful region has to offer. Highly recommended, we look forward to returning again in the future!

The location and property is perfect. We were a couple but, thought that even with our family - 5 in total would have felt very comfortable here. The off-grid set up worked very well. Although a phone signal is not possible in the house, the wifi was v good enabling contact via internet based calls The beds were very comfortable, the set up was excellent likewise. The Local supermarket is well stocked with a large selection of products for many different tastes - some great restaurants also serving both local and fusion style at god price. The proximity to the " Canal" a section of waterway that covers some 70km is great. Waterfalls a plenty, free swimming in crystal clear water and amazing wildlife both there and at the property. City shopping if wanted is some 1hr drive in Valencia, although our days were very full with the beauty this place has to offer. As mentioned before - the last approach to the property is on unmade road but did not cause an issue for a regular car

You should stay in this beautiful house if you want peace and quiet - and no neighbours. Situated in a valley of olive and orange groves, the nearest house is about 500m away and the nearest town, Enguera, about fifteen minutes drive. The house has everything, including air conditioning, very comfortable beds and two stylish bathrooms and is completely solar powered. The pool - not the biggest but fine - is serviced daily by an electric pump/ filtration system. We visited in September when figs on the enormous tree by the pool were ripe: there are also grapes and apples at this time. The house and location were exactly what we wanted for unwinding and the hosts (and their two dogs) charming and engaging. Would we come back? Definitely.
