Due to work commitments in the local area, I have been fortunate to enjoy an extended stay over the winter at Graeme's home in Campbell Street, Thurso, and it has been absolutely perfect. Graeme is a proactive and friendly host with clear communication throughout my stay and easy to follow instructions for check in and departure. The house is very warm and cosy, fully equipped and very well located in the traditional heart of Thurso. Although a period property, the heating, TV, WiFi and other amenities are all up to date and very effective. There is a charming enclosed rear garden that must be glorious in the summer months and you are only a short walk to Thurso beach and some fantastic night sky watching, including, of course, the Northern Lights, which I was lucky enough to catch! The bed and linens are all high quality and the mattress is of the super comfortable "Emma" brand, set to guarantee you a great night's sleep. All in all, a fab place which I wholeheartedly recommend.

perfect place for exploring the north and within walking distance of Thurso town centre and convenient on street parking. we were only two but it would have been comfortable even for 4 people

Graeme has a beautiful, cozy home in central Thurso. The home was clean, furnished comfortably and we had a quiet place to rest and relax in after our busy days of exploring. We felt like we were living in a story book!

The accommodation was great and cozy, the living room with a fireplace was fantastic, the bedroom very comfortable, a pleasant private terrace with a garden.
