No doubts if I got the chance to be around Armadale/Toorak, I would book Innes's place again! Innes was really nice and kind. He is always there in case you have any concerns. Moreover, the place is stunning as it matches with the pictures. You will definitely feel like home since you only need to bring in your luggage, as the rest, Innes has taken care of. The kitchen contains each room's refrigerator, and all the kitchenware are all there to use. The room was nice and cozy, and it does contain the lock on itself. The bathroom and toilet are separated which are quite convenience for other housemates and I to use. I want to thank you Innes for the help and recommendations which help me alot for my first time in Australia.

Innes is very friendly and attentive to whatever you need since Supermarket advice to charger converters. He's a great host.

Innes is a great host. He was very responsive right from the day I started messaging him. He gave me clear instructions about check-in. My fridge got broken and he replaced it the next. He did the same with the broken plug of the dryer too. Highly recommend this accomodation.

It's basic but clean and well situated, close to train, tram and bus. 10 minute tram ride to Chapel Street. Innes was friendly and responsive. The loo is a little on the compact side but clean and well functioning. This is not luxury but is good value. Can recommend.

Great host, good accommodation, would recommend and would book again. The location is 4 mins walk from public transport. Very convenient, 15 mins from City Centre. The local neighbourhood is in a nice suburb.
