Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride... Direct 50m2 luxury seafront apartment with 10m2 balcony is situated on the 2nd floor, has 1 fully air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, TV/sat/dvd and bed linen provided. Fully air-conditioned living area with couch that converts into double bed, apartment sleeps 4 people maximum. Dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with electric hot plates, utensils, coffee filter machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. TV/sat, wi-fi, stereo with cd/usb/bluetooth. Bathroom with washing machine, towels provided. Iron with ironing board, hairdryer. Our apartment is fully fitted with mosquito screens. Full security garage car parking for 1 car, keeps your car cool during the summer heat, shared outdoor grill, Stand up paddle board SUP, kayak and 4 bikes that all our guests can share.

Beautiful apartment literally right in the sea with water access basically in the back yard. Davor was very helpful with great advice on what to do in the area, even helping us order some food when we arrived late at night. The water was still warm enough to swim even in mid October. Zadar is a Little Bit away, so just walking to the old town is not an option, but that also means having quieter surroundings. If you have a car or take an Uber, you can still get to the city in less than 15 minutes though. We can definitely recommend it!
Děkujeme moc za ubytování. Byli jsme v apartmánu na týdenní dovolené se 4 měsíční dcerou a nic nám nechybělo. Na balkóně je krásný výhled na západ slunce. Doporučuji.
Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super sauber, voll ausgestattet und hat einen traumhaften Meerblick. Besonders hervorzuheben und einzigartig sind die vielen Goodies, die man gratis erhält, wie beispielsweise Garagenplatz, Fahrräder, Liegen oder Wassersportgeräte und sogar auch Gebrauchsgegenstände im Apartment (Kaffee, Tee, Waschmittel, Toilettartikel, etc.). Die Gastgeber sind total liebenswert, zuvorkommend und ehrlich freundlich. Man fühlt sich wirklich rundherum wohl. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
We had a perfect stay, the flat was new and really clean, quiet. The view was amazing and the host Davor and his wife were really nice and welcoming. Highly recommended!
