Alvaro是一个特别随和友好的房东。我坐飞机到这边倒时差加各种不适应，都是Alvaro在帮助我。在这里住了7天，干净又舒服。

Very clean and easy one night stop. Alvero was clear in the check in instructions. Room was well presented, lots of light. Bed was quite firm but I slept well despite Wellington gale winds, the double glazing kept it cozy! Clean bathroom. Quick chat with Alvero who was very nice. 30 min walk from CBD or 10 mins on frequent bus route, stop right outside. Felt safe for solo female traveller.

Alvaro was a very good Host. We had a memorable stay in Wellington. The attention we received from Alvaro was very friendly positive. The apartmenbt and the room were very comfortable and in a very centric location in the city. Thanks Alvaro!

Fantastic location! A short walk away from the main train station and bus interchange to get to other parts of town or the airport. Alvaro was lovely and hospitable, possibly the friendliest airbnb host I have met! The apartment was clean and tidy. The room was compact but had plenty of storage space, heated blanket, tv, access to balcony and blackout curtains. The only downside I suppose was the mattress was tad firm for my liking and the leather on living room chairs were peeling quite badly. Otherwise, it is a great airbnb to explore the city.
