We were a group of 5 friends on holiday. An early check in was no problem and we received a very warm welcome including a welcome drink and great tips for restaurants and sights in the area. The place is great, nice and quiet but close enough to walk to Piran and see the town. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely try to stay here again.

A really fantastic house, very private, with lush garden, outdoor kitchen and a chlorine-free pool with amazing sea views. It’s a short walk ( 2 min) to swim in the sea at Fiesa, hire SUPs etc and there are beach cafes for coffee etc there too. Katja and her husband were most welcoming, and his restaurant recommends are to be trusted. Piran is a 10 minute walk away, along the sea front. It’s a gem of a town, feels quite cosmopolitan - a little bit Monopoli and a little bit Venice. Quite a foodie town with loads of cafes and restaurants - If it’s your first time in Piran the food and history walking tour is a good orientation. Would very much recommend this villa, a great example of our favourite type of AirBNB, a family holiday home, with pool, beside the sea and with helpful hosts who want to make your stay a pleasure.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet, hat einen schönen Umschwung. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe beim Strand. Katja ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, die stets freundlich ist und sämtliche Fragen kompetent beantwortet. Wir kommem gerne wieder!

We spent 4 nights in the Villa and were sad to leave. The location is in Fiesa, just outside of Piran. There is a lovely stone path along the seaside to get to town, which is about a 15-20 min walk to the town center. We did this at last once a day for sightseeing and dinners. There was also a couple more casual beach restaurants next door at Fiesa beach that were also convenient - the kids appreciated the daily gelato there! The home itself is a lovely beach home, with an amazing view and pool, and many outdoor areas to enjoy. The interior does show some wear, as many beach homes do, but it was all functional, clean and comfortable. To have a private pool in this location was a true luxury! I would absolutely return again and highly recommend the home and the host Katja who gave great tips on finding the home.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus. Die Ausstattung entspricht genau der Beschreibung, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Garten ist sehr großzügig, hübsch angelegt und man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand ist nichts Besonderes, aber das Wasser klar. Wir hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, um nach Piran zu laufen. Es gibt einen schönen Weg am Meer entlang und Piran ist wirklich eine sehr hübsche Stadt. Die Abstimmung mit Katja war unkompliziert. Sie hat auf jede Anfrage sehr schnell reagiert. Wir haben uns rundum versorgt gefühlt. Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder. :-)
