Ann and his partner Alvin is really responsive. They’re so accommodating and make sure our needs are well attended. Place is really nice! Internet is good, Netflix streaming is phenomenal. The issue that for me is major is their air conditioner. Not sure what the problem was but it’s not really conducive for the stay, unfortunately. The room was not cooled as expected, if not for the fan which makes a room just the right cool, I would have rated it as 2 star or 1 star. I mean it’s summer, I was expecting that the room will be really cool given that the sheet is even a comforter. But I didn’t even use the comforter and I even feel that I was sweating. But kudos to Alvin for helping us troubleshoot it even we’re only exchanging messages here but yeah, none of our efforts made the aircon cool. :( I admire Alvin and Ann’s hospitality and being responsive all the time. I hope they could do something with cooling the unit to make the stay waaaay over a 5 star rating.

Clean place! Loved how responsive Alvin and Ann were with my concerns and/or questions. Appreciate they went out of their way to assist me with my concern regarding their cooker and sent a replacement since we were booked for a few more days. Bathroom had a slight odor but that was fine. Complete utensils and whatever you may need for basic cooking. Also, check in was a breeze! Thanks Ann and Alvin for being such amazing hosts!!
