This beautiful villa also offers sunbeds at the beach for extra fun. Viviane Paulos Villa conveniently accommodates up to 12 guests. There’s an access to the upper floors from the exterior stairs. This incredible beachfront villa features large interior spaces with an elegant design that creates a welcoming atmosphere, as well as exceptional outdoor spaces with great gardening and amenities. There are 5 fully airconditioned bedrooms with double beds and flat screen TVs. Also, there are 2 single sofa beds in the living room. Guests will find 2 wonderful bathrooms with showers as well as an outdoor wc. Also, there’s an open plan kitchen, fully equipped for any meal preparation as well as a living room and a dining area. Outdoors, the villa is equally impressive as indoors. It offers beautiful gardening surrounding the magnificent pool area and the heated jacuzzi that are equipped with parasols and sun beds, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed time under the golden rays of the Greek sun. Also, the villa offers incredible furnished balconies and a heated jacuzzi on the rooftop. There’s an incredible BBQ installation and a furnished area where guests can enjoy a truly unique outdoor gathering. There’s an access to the upper floors from the exterior stairs. Fantastic villa with a large pool. The beach is literally at the end of the large garden which creates a serene view from your sun lounger! The roof terrace is the perfect place for a morning or afternoon yoga session given its idyllic vista. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are equipped with fantastic showers delivering high pressure hot water. The villa was very well equipped in all departments as well as having two hot tubs! Our pool guy Ali was incredibly polite and respectful and fun to see twice a week! Highly recommend this villa for one or two families who value their privacy and want a high quality place to stay.
Die Anreise Reise lief gut und die Kommunikation mit Peter bezüglich Check-in war super flexibel. Beim Check-in hat man uns alle Zimmer gezeigt, wie was funktioniert, wen wir bei Problemen kontaktieren, wo wir was finden, usw. Die Villa ist komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Ein Mitarbeiter (Ali) vom Eigentümer kam regelmässig vorbei und hat den Pool, die beiden Whirlpools und die Umgebung gewissenhaft und ordentlich gereinigt. Auch konnten wir Ali alle Fragen zur Umgebung, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten stellen. Sehr gerne, kompetent und freundlich hat er uns beraten. Die Villa eignet sich hervorragend für Urlaub mit einer grossen Familie. Man hat genügend Zimmer und Platz. Der Kieselstrand ist direkt vor der Tür, das Wasser ist klar und lädt zum Baden ein. Der Ausblick ist sensationell. Der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse lädt zum Entspannen zum Sonnenuntergang ein. Der Check-out mit Peter war auch völlig easy. Tolle Villa und super Mitarbeiter
Beautiful home, full of utensils and plates with high end appliances and furniture. Very comfortable beds and lots of towels and bed lining. We were a family of 6 and we wanted for nothing so was excellent for this. We did however need to contact the management company as they didn’t come to clean the pool and hot tubs and it started to get full of bugs. The 2nd hot tub upstairs wasn’t working either which was a pitty. Also the pool area is rather dangerous. My father in law had a very nasty fall down the stairs near the bbq area and hurt his back badly. The glazed tiles around the pool are are lethal when wet and this did put a bit of a hiccup to the holiday. Excellent place but would recommend wearing grippy footwear round the pool area if you intend to use the pool
My family and I really enjoyed not just the house but the island as well. Everything was excellent!

Gennadi village is a peaceful place and surely, you’ll find all your necessary urban conveniences such as super markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. You should visit Prasonisi, the most impressive beach of the island, which is only a 25-minute drive away. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about a 25-minute drive far from Gennadi. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most inspiring beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about an hour drive away from the suite. The airport and the center of Rhodes are located an hour drive away.
