A newer townhome about 15 minutes from Main St. You need a car as nothing is walkable. Rosemarie is very nice to talk with as we chatted when she returned from work. You need to bring your breakfast and whatever food or snacks you like. There's a grocery store a 5 minute drive. It is a very good value and I'd stay again.

Rosemarie was very welcoming and so understanding and kind. She offered special delicious coffee in the morning. The home was immaculate and new . The mattress and linens were very comfortable providing a good nights sleep. The bathroom was squeaky clean and also new. The car I rented was small and I was able to park outside her townhome on the street . I was visiting from Boston and caring for my sister who had surgery and who lived nearby Rosemaries place . I walked the swamp rabbit trail with my brother in-law as suggested by Rosemarie and highly recommend it. I will stay with her again when I return for my next visit . Thanks a million Rosemarie! You were fabulous.

I came to visit my son to Simpsonville, so I found this beautiful house to stay , my private room was cosy, clean and quiet, and the bathroom was next door to my room big and clean and had all what I need , my flight was delayed, and instead to check in day time, I came night time after midnight for self check in, and it was smooth, I got all answers regarding my stay from Rosemarie, she was very nice to me, I hope to come back this beautiful place next my visit

Rosemarie was a friendly and thoughtful host! I found the space comfortable and cozy, and the neighborhood was a convenient home base for exploring the area.
