One bedroom queen bed, living room has a pull out double sofa bed, a folding single cot/bed, one bathroom (shower) with a washer and dryer in suite, private entrance, full kitchen, dishwasher and a fully fenced yard. Can accommodate 1-5 people. Close to LRT, recreation center and gym. Child and pet friendly with pet fee. Manning Village off-leash Dog Park is a 12 mins walk away. Entire private space located in north east Edmonton. Close to the LRT station and Clairview Rec Centre. Full kitchen, in-suite laundry, full bathroom. Mainfloor unit.

A little bit frustrated with my stay. My 1 year old son woke up the day of my stay with a very dry, horrible sounding cough. We struggled throughout the night; he was waking up hourly because he couldn’t breathe. Peter tried to say i had a dog inside and did not pay $75 pet fee.. confused how a child’s cough sounds like barking.. After hearing it for over 12 hours. Other than that, everything was amazing.
