Charlotte was super easy to chat with, responsive to our checkin/out timings, and even gave us some sweet gifts when we arrived. The space itself is gorgeous and very comfortable. Would recommend!

Everything about our experience in the Loft was fantastic! Charlotte was great with her communication before we arrived, and she contacted us during our stay to check in - but we had no questions for her because everything was clearly explained when we arrived and we had no problems during our stay. The loft was exactly as lovely as the photos showed, and it was very clean and comfortable. We could clearly see from the map that we were not going to be in the city center, but the neighborhood we were in was very nice with it's own great cafes, stores and grocery markets. It was also close to bus and tram stops and a Metro subway station so it was very easy to get to all the popular Amsterdam attractions. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Amsterdam. Brilliant apartment, wonderful host! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The personal touches for our stay (including the energy bars) were very thoughtful.
