House exceeded our expectations, much bigger and comfier than the pictures look. The beds were very comfy and the coffee machine was a real bonus. Hever castle nearby is amazing and so good for the kids- one of the best adventure playgrounds we’ve been too. Only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was that the ad mentioned flexible checkin/ out which we were really hopeful for as we had two newborns and two 3 year olds in our group - as you can imagine getting anywhere can be quite unpredictable. Veronica didn’t allow us any flexibility even though it appeared (from Airbnb) that there were no bookings after us. Also there was no salt or pepper! But all minor things. Other than that we had a blast.

A very special place with mystical energy yet a real sense of calm! I had the best night’s sleep in the big bedroom with the gorgeous Japanese mattress and enjoyed the bath on the first night. The modern kitchen is well laid out so easy to prepare food/cook and the warm sitting room had ample seating for six of us. The surrounding area is fabulous for little country walks, relaxing in nature etc….and the house itself feels a bit like The Holiday! Enjoy 😘

Amazing place to stay - huge house with lots of space and great sized kitchen. Great location in the countryside with lots of nice walks and things to do nearby. Great value for money for such a big house. Few issues with wifi and could've been slightly cleaner but overall a fantastic stay.
