Was as described. Even though there was one guest some newer towels and more of them would be good, had one old towel and one wash cloth. Toilet needs to be fastened down. Was overall what i needed.

Shugo’s place was a nice economy option. Very clean. Free parking as advertised. Only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. No extras. No paper towels so bring your own. The water pressure was good and hot. The window opened for a nice breeze and the AC was effective (but noisy). Couldn’t hear any neighbors above or on the sides. Bed was comfortable. 1 or 2 elevators was broken so had to either wait a long time so I ended up using the stairs most often. The blinds didn’t cover the windows fully so bring an eye mask. I didn’t walk around Waikiki at all so can’t comment on the location but there’s an ABC convenience store right next door that’s easy to talk to in less than a minute from the building front door. Tip: if you will do laundry, you have to go downstairs to the laundry room. You do not need to purchase a laundry card. Everything can be done through a mobile app. Paid cleaning fee but host asks guests to take out trash. 🤔 I would try a different place next time.

Would stay here again rather than booking other places. The unit was clean and as described in the listing’s photos. Location is a plus which was really ideal for my itinerary. Had a minor issue with power due to construction in the area, but was fixed right away with the help of the host after contacting them. I’ll be looking for this unit when I visit again.

Kitchen was very clean and well stocked. Could have used a beach towel or one extra towel. One of the elevators was broken, and wait times were a bit excessive. Waited 15 minutes and finally decided to try to walk the 8 stories. Having the included parking was the entire reason we took this place, and that worked out well, except for the elevator.
