El lugar súper lindo, súper limpio, todos súper bien lo único que si era un poco de problema es que el agua caliente se acaba muy rápido en las dos regaderas y ojalá las recámaras tuvieran unas cortinas ya que taparan más la luz en la mañana ya que el sol le da directo y si estás de vacaciones entra mucha luz desde temprano. Todo lo demás súper bien

Great place to stay for our first time in CDMX! While we were surprised by how spread out the city/sights were, we definitely were in a prime location to navigate to Centro/Chapultepec/Coyoacan. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured, very spacious. We appreciated having the full kitchen and the closet which helped us not “live out of suitcases”. It was easy for us to utilize Netflix and other smart TV features to wind down after our adventures. I read reviews about other locations being very loud. We did not have issues with that. The unit does have large windows so if you are someone sensitive to light while sleeping, I would recommend an eye mask. We used it to start our days early with a pastry from nearby Ficelle. Enjoyed our stay!

We had an outstanding time staying at Horacio’s rental in Condesa. It was the perfect space for a weeklong visit with two adults and two children. The apartment was light-filled and well-appointed with comfortable beds and great views from the balcony. And the location was truly unbeatable - we had so many outstanding restaurant options, Parques Mexico and Espana were just around the corner and offered lovely strolling and playgrounds for the kids, and we were also within walking distance to Chapultepec Park and nearby sights. It was also peaceful and quiet, so we all departed well-rested at the end of our journey.

Great location and apartment! Very clean and right around the corner from great taco shops and parks. We had two couples staying here and it was perfect. Horacio was very communicative and flexible. Will stay again if back in CDMX!
