Résidence très jolie et très propre. Les équipements sont excellent. Le personnel est très gentils, très accueillant, prévenant et courtois. Les chambres sont très bien nettoyées. Félicitation aux femmes de ménage qui sont à la fois très professionnelles, discrètes et très prévenante et un grand merci pour aussi le professionnalisme de la gérante ainsi que les gardiens de la résidence. Je recommande et je reviendrais sans hésiter

Anyone seeking excellent lodging in Bangui needs to run, not walk, to Arlette Sophie's Residence. This is a beautiful brand new building with nine bedroom + bathroom apartments (some also have sitting rooms). After many trips to Bangui since 2017, I cannot say enough positive things about this new property. The bathrooms have beautiful tiles, glass-enclosed showers, hot water and cabinets for storage. There is electricity 24/7. There is a very pretty courtyard, rooftop seating and balconies off the rooms to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly, but just five minutes walking from great restaurants and markets. All doors and windows have screens, which is great for Bangui. Sophie is a wonderful host, available 24/7 by phone and on the property every day. She has a fabulous staff including a concierge, housekeepers and 24/7 security guards. I had many transportation and purchasing requests and the staff helped me with all of them - from taxi's, to telephone connections, to locating NGO's and businesses. Sophie was also able to change money for me, which was a huge help. Arlette Sophie is a hidden gem in the heart of Bangui. You will experience a warm, friendly, very professional, safe and welcoming stay at Sophie Residence. The family has named the Residence after their Grandmother, so you are sure to feel that you are in a home-like environment at Sophie residence.
