Great location, clean and tidy, everything you need for a stay in the city. Would stay again

This service apartment met all of our expectations. It was very centrally located and easy to find. It’s walkable to all of central Wellington’s stops - including great restaurants, cafes and breweries. The place was clean. A few things to note, the check-in and check-out times are very strict. No flexibility whatsoever. This place also DOES NOT offer complimentary, secure luggage storage, so if you arrived before 3pm, be prepared to walk around with your luggage or store it for a fee close by (eg, Te Papa Museum). The air conditioning unit was not working at the apartment when we arrived and it was freezing. I wrote to the host who didn’t respond but after reading the house manual, it was clear to us that we had to contact the management company via the website. A portable heater was provided immediately. Overall, great location and value for money.

Super happy with our stay. 10/10 location for roaming around the city / waterfront. Clean and tidy with everything you could need. Easy check in and awesome value for money! Will definitely be returning :)

I kind of knew what to expect from the reviews, however I was disappointed by a number of things, including the TV not working, hairdryer not working, the extractor fan in the bathroom being absolutely filthy. The shower was not draining properly and possibly the most disappointing part of my stay here was how cold it was. On a positive note, the location was good.
