This is a delightful home. Very roomy. As a bonus it was festively decorated for Christmas. We live in the area but had more family than we had room. Our family was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this home. Highly recommend. Host responded immediately to texts. Totally positive experience!

House was clean and functional. Fit us perfect having as many people as we did and everyone still able to have there own bed. The 6 beds made it very nice. Kitchen was a little small but made it work. Overall a really nice stay. The AC did go out our first day there but Colton got someone out the next day to fix it. Luckily it got pretty cool out that night so wasn't to bad staying there still, and he did offer to get us into another property down there. He even made it up to us and got us free subs from his sandwich shop down there. Which btw was one of the best subs I'd had in a while. Only complaint I would have is the house description and amenities is very vague in the add so weren't really sure what to expect down there. So only thing I would say is update the listing description and be a little more inclusive with things.
