it just mediocre. the condo building is already old so not much the owner could do except renovate the whole place. came with 2 quad rooms, 1 triple and 2 double rooms. 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom downstairs. bathroom floors felt dusty and looked grimy. nothing much to shout about this place really. the bathroom floors are not lined properly to drain water. owner was very responsive and the housekeeper was quick with the check ins, check outs and when asking for extra toilet papers.

The overall house is a bit dilapidated. There is no hot water for showering in the downstairs bathroom. Even though there is hot water in the upstairs bathroom, it is not hot enough. There are many ants in the house. There are no hangers for clothes and the refrigerator is not cold enough. Don’t expect too much，overall unqualified

Owner is helpful and friendly. Property is spacious but is bit run down, air-con is not working well. Owner is responsive and send maintenance person to check however the air-con is still blowing hot air. Overall is good, great location within walking distance to some convenient shops nearby. Fair price with the stay as overall.
