Nilab and Kris are great hosts. Responsive and friendly. Their home is clean, comfortable, and cozy. Anytime I come to Utrecht, this is where I hope to stay! A gem!

We had a fantastic stay at Nilab's. Everything worked as expected and described. Bed was comfy. The neighbourhood is nice. Our favorite thing was the nearby Juliana Park, which is beautiful and peaceful.

We had a wonderful time at Nilab’s place. It had everything we needed, and was in a quiet neighborhood. Really like how close it was to the train station which made getting into Utrecht Centraal easy.

Die Unterkunft von Nilab ist sehr gemütlich, man fühlt sich schnell wohl. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer gut für eine Aufteilung. Auch die Umgebung war schön ruhig. Wir waren insgesamt 15 Tage bei Nilab, in denen wir gerne einmal Wäsche waschen wollten, aber 55€ für die Nutzung der Maschine schien uns zu viel. Die Kommunikation war beim Check in gut, wir haben schnell eine Antwort auf unsere Frage bekommen, aber danach antwortete Nilab nicht mehr auf unsere Fragen, außer sie hatte selbst ein Anliegen.
