Penny was very responsive & we managed to book within 48hrs of requesting. The property was easy to find and a great location. There's a shop that opens early/closed late right across the road and a pharmacy. Local bus routes 5min walk away but parking directly outside. The beds are comfortable. The negatives was that the property wasn't as clean as if have expected. The shower needs to be changed & has mould around the sealant and door (I think it's too small for the shower head), the kitchen cupboards are peeling and we found that there was used trays in the oven. The rooms are very warm with thick blankets so I'd suggest a cheap fan or thin sheets for the evening. I've left behind shampoo, conditioner and body wash for those that stay after me as these are things I usually have when I use air BnB, holiday lettings or cottage stay websites.

We were visiting Chester for a long weekend to see aquarium, zoo and city centre. The rental was very spacious and as described. Won’t hesitate to book again when we are back in Chester!

Very nice, clean and spacious house with an easy check in. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and crockery. The house is close to shops and takeaways with a Wetherspoons just a 5 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
