Place was in a good location and the building had nice amenities. The ceiling of the shower had some mold. The unit has AC in the bedroom but is gets a bit warm during the heat of the day. Otherwise, nice stay.

I stayed there for more than a month, the apartment is really well equipped and contains everything for comfortable stay. Disadvantages - the check in process was complicated - we spent some time waiting for help and response from the host. While we were chatting in front of the door trying to fix the lock the concierge came up to us and said that we couldn’t be there in front of the door. - the pillows had yellow spots, ceiling in the bathroom was kind of dirty, the grill was dirty as well - the host is too pushy about different fees and fines as we heard that a lot in the communications. Advantages - good location near the part and shopping malls - suitable for long stay - washing machine in the apartment - dedicated working place - a little separate room with good working table - high quality internet connection - 500mb/s for download and upload - even in the hot weather the apartment stays cool and you don’t really need to use air conditioning
