Amazing place like a sanctuary, perfect to get away from the city and not far from them. Will def come back Jaime was very helpful and the communication was great 🙏🏽❤️‍🔥

This home is in a nature lovers dream location! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and in the surrounding hills, there is so much to see if you just climb up and explore— sea lions, coastal ruins, penguins, a natural pool!! Even if you stay local, the view from the house is breath taking. Betty, who lives on the farm, was especially helpful and friendly and her husband Julian was able to help me get to the market—they both went above and beyond to ensure I was safe and cared for. That said, this Airbnb is incredibly hard to access without a car and even with a car it is a challenge. The instructions provided are unclear, and once you are nearby/ at the Airbnb there is no phone service or network access so you can get support. If you take public transport, you are dependent on collectivos, which do not run as regularly on Sundays, FYI if that’s when you arrive (I did and it took over 2.5 hours). It is also difficult to leave because you again have to hail public transport from a vague location. Do not arrive at night, as the path is impossible to see (there are no lights and no signs). It is dangerous to attempt at night because you are essentially walking down a mountain. Check-in consists of banging on a locked gate with dogs barking at you. Inside the house, there are so many mosquitoes, I got eaten alive, even with a mosquito net. For those navigating the world in bigger bodies (I’m 5’3, 250lbs) the kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable and unsturdy, but there are couches you can sit on. There also was some kind of animal poop on the kitchen counters and even in my bed (bird? rat?) … There is a lot still be be improved. All that said, I would still 100 percent stay here again because I loved it a part from transport issues. Once you are there it’s a sanctuary and there’s plenty to see and explore. Especially a great choice for birders and boulderers—Just remember that it will truly be a RUSTIC experience, but can be a sacred one as well :)

This accommodation is totally overpriced. We paid about 130 USD, but 50USD would be already too expensive for this very basic house. It is absolutely fine for us to stay in a basic accommodation- but here we felt ripped off. Furthermore, it was totally dirty, perhaps because nobody had slept there since months (due to covid?) A bad toilet smell everywhere. A small bird now lives there between the bed linen, and we could try to find a way between its bird poop. We were told that somebody would cone to explain everything- but nobody came. There was no hot water, no electricity for the fridge, and very cold. Altogether a disaster - this is the first time I give such a bad rating. Usually I tried to find some good aspects but here I can’t. We just stayed one night (luckily) and couldn’t much visit or experienced the landscape- perhaps this is a potentially positive aspect of this accommodation.

Que lugar maravilloso. Es muy tranquilo, casi es como tienes tú misma playa, Julián y Betty muy amables, nuestro hijo feliz con los animales y la chacra, la casa rústica pero muy linda, la vista hermosa...queremos volver ahora! :-)
