Your family will love this open, comfy home near the wineries of Palisade, skiing/hiking on the Grand Mesa, biking/hiking near the National Monument. Only ten minutes from downtown Grand Junction and Palisade, we are also only a few blocks from the Palisade side of our river-front bike and walk trail which goes all the way to Fruita. We are also handicap accessible for the most part. Bedrooms are all on one floor, with walk-in bathtub and minor step from house to patio, less than 2 inches. In the backyard is bistro dining table, comfortable seating under a pergola, and a swim spa. We checked swimming pool as an amenity because there was no swim spa option, It is 8 x 12, with two jetted seats on one side and the swimming area on the other. 4 feet deep and has a standing leg and lower back massage feature. We set at 101 spring-fall and lower temp in the summer. Guests may change the temp setting but no lower than 100 in the winter. All bedrooms have a dresser (2 in master) for guests. Kitchen is fully stocked. Best for groups of six. 7 or 8 upon request, depending on your situation.
