Perfect spot to watch the sunrise over the woods or to supervise the trampoline. A cozy covered porch is also a relaxing place to read a book, enjoy a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the herd of deer who wander through the yard. A hammock next to the pond is an inviting spot for a nap. Finally, a gravel patio next to the barn is a perfect spot to watch the sun set over the chicken yard. It is a short drive from a number of beautiful preserves, botanical gardens (Longwood Gardens, Winterthur), and 2 miles from the Brandywine River for canoeing, tubing, or splashing in the water.
