Jill was very responsive re: flexible check-in time, instructions and questions. She also messaged to see if we were able to enter OK and if we had everything we needed. The home was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are very spacious and had all we needed. Wonderful that 1 room has 2 beds. The white noise machines in each bedroom were such a bonus!! The ad makes it clear that the only bathroom is on the main floor, so guests should choose their bedroom accordingly. Walking distance to downtown. Was comfortable, very clean and would definitely stay here again!!!

Jill was wonderful to communicate with. House was cute and clean. I would give a 5 start and great except wasn’t crazy about the “interesting” apartment building across the street. Cars in the middle of the night had loud “bumping” music blaring at one point. Other than that, everything was fine.

My fiance (we actually got engaged while at our Michigan vacay!) and I had such an amazing time in South Haven❤️ Jill was so sweet and helpful. She even gave us a little itinerary of fun things to do while in Michigan. The house has so much charm, it is such a cute beach house! From the comfortable beds to the cozy living room and even board games, beach toys and beach chairs- the house has everything you need. Not to mention the location of the house is PERFECT. Super close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. I could go on and on about how amazing this home is. We will definitely be back!!
