Armando was exceptionally helpful from start to finish and the house is lovely. The pool is quite long so good for swimming and the view from the upstairs balcony is amazing. It is easy to get into Palma and to other local places by taxi and there is a good bus service to Palma also. We had a great holiday and would definitely go back to Armando’s house again.

I highly recommend Armando's place - the house and the outdoor areas are super nice and located in a quiet part of Palma with a spectacular view. The direct environment offers a few very nice restaurants and a small supermarket, everything else is easily reachable by taxi. Armando is a great host and has provided us with many useful tips for our stay - thank you!

Armando was the perfect host. The one small glitch we experienced was resolved within the shortest period of time. When we called Armando about a question, he responded immediately, graciously, and effectively. His house is gorgeous, beautifully appointed, and very, very relaxing. We could not have hoped for a more wonderful place for our 9 night stay in Genova. Our many thanks to this wonderful man with a wonderful house.

Had a great stay, Armando is very responsive and replied instantly every time. Also recommended a few restaurants which were fantastic! The area is quiet but very easy to get into Palma by taxi or bus, and has a few restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. One thing to note is there is only aircon in the living room and the main bedroom, the other two bedrooms don't have an aircon unit.
