Daily housekeeping This is a 140 square meters modern 2 bedroom penthouse with high quality finishing, design, fixtures and fittings throughout, including quality king size beds, modern bathroom with shower, balcony with table and chairs, fridge, electric kettle, sofa, 3 large screen TV, dining table and chairs. The penthouse has two floors of amenities for guests, ideal for small groups or families sharing. The lower level has a separate living area and master bedroom, each with an entertainment system and private balcony. The master en-suite has a lavish bathtub with a view across the room and separate rain shower. The lounge area has comfy furnishings to enjoy a cosy night in with a movie and room service. Upstairs has an open plan layout featuring a second bedroom. A wonderful feature of the upper floor is the large extended balcony with a delightful Jacuzzi tub and loungers adding a touch of romance and indulgence to your stay. The whole estate is new and well designed. The place is very close to the main Bangla street in Patong and nearby beach but also very nice and quiet. Free daily cleaning and towel change. The apartment was exactly as described and Adrian was a great host, easy to get hold of and responsive. We had a few small issues when we arrived, birds had popped on the balcony and it hadn’t been cleaned and there was a problem with the hot water in the shower. Adrian jumped on these straight away and got them resolved. The resort is refreshingly quiet for Patong Beach, very little road noise. Breakfast was decent and all the staff worked hard and were very friendly. The beach really is a few minutes walk from the room and lovely. For a double room serviced apartment in a great location this was good value. The restaurant is merely ok, but perfectly serviceable. The infinity pool with swim up bar was very nice and the staff very pleasant. I would come back here again.
Great place to stay for a group of 4. my daughter and friend had an amazing time using the bedroom with the big bathroom and jacuzzi for their makeup, and styled photos. Brekkie was also great and loaded for choice. helpful services attached to this place.
Excellent communication with host, check in very easy with helpful reception staff. Apartment is basic, but was okay for us as we didn’t spend much time in it. The master suite is up some very steep stairs so if you struggle with mobility you might have a problem. The jacuzzi is a waste of time because there was no water in it on arrival and it says it takes an hour to fill. We tried to but it ran brown water and the fill speed was so slow we gave up. Breakfast is decent with a lot of variety. We didn’t bother with the pool as it was over crowded, but the beach is only a few minutes walk and there is plenty of access to sun loungers if you want one. All in all, a decent stay with no issues whatsoever.

Unser Aufenthalt war großartig! Nachdem wir einen kleinen Kulturschock verarbeiten mussten, genossen wir unseren Urlaub in vollsten Zügen! Das Hotelpersonal war super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Service im Hotel ist hervorragend! Der Pool ist sehr schön und einladend. Der Strand ist fußläufig 2 Minuten entfernt. Wir können The Charm Resort Phuket auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, massage shops and convenience stores along the beach road.
Jungceylon Shopping Mall, Central Patong Shopping mall and the nightlife along Bangla Road , three of Patong's major destinations can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot.
Free shuttle bus to the shopping malls in Patong.
Phuket Town is about a 30-minute drive and Phuket International Airport is 45 minutes away.
The apartment is located in Patong and is within walking distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, supermarkets and the beach which is only 90 meters away. However, Phuket is a big island, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, I always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Phuket has to offer.
