My friend & I just spent 3 nights at Karen & Dave's & we thoroughly enjoyed it! What a beautiful home and property! Our portion of their home was perfect - separate entrance, our own key, comfortable & clean living room, spacious bedroom & a huge, clean bathroom! We appreciated the decor, snacks, coffee & tea, drinks in the frig, queen size bed, and a comfortable couch. Plenty of brochures for local & Nashville attractions too. Their home, on 5 acres, is very peaceful and lovely. We enjoyed walking around. Their 2 dogs are very friendly, Karen & Dave asked first if we were okay around dogs & we are dog lovers, so we enjoyed them the few times they were outside with us. We would have loved to stay longer, especially just to sit outside in the morning with coffee, listening to the birds & enjoying the serenity. We have a friend who lives in Smyrna so this location worked out perfectly for our visit. We would definitely return.

We loved staying at Karen and David’s place, which is in a very beautiful, tranquil location but within a short distance to local eateries. It’s clear that they have put a lot of thought and care into making the accommodation welcoming and comfortable - a very comfy bed and cozy living space to unwind after busy time in Nashville. Generous touches such as snacks and toiletries were a bonus! We loved chatting with Karen and David too. Highly recommend.

My husband had a business trip, so I would be alone all day and didn’t really think I would feel safe in a hotel. This was our first time using Airbnb and when I saw Karen and David’s property, I felt it would be perfect- and it was! Karen and David are amazing people- they were quick to respond to messages, very accommodating to any requests, their space has everything you need and things you might not have thought you needed! When we met them in person they were so friendly- their place felt like a home away from home and they were so easy to talk to that they felt like family :) They have two super cute and friendly dogs who are so well behaved- they didn’t jump on us or get overly excited. Their place is so cozy, private, peaceful, clean, and stocked with amenities. It really is a gem- almost a secret you want to keep to yourself (haha). They go above and beyond and genuinely care about their guests. We are so blessed to have been able to enjoy their home, and highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Karen and Dave's. The Airbnb was spotless, one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. the property was beautiful! Very quiet location, private and peaceful. Karen gave me tons of suggestions for things to do around Nashville and Tennessee in general, separate from all the pamphlets and information she leaves for tenants in the actual room. Airbnb was stocked with everything we could need and more.. we loved staying here and can't wait to come back. Thanks guys!!
